More about Harley Green

Harley Green is a philanthropist and the founder of Akshara Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping underserved communities around the world. He was born in Los Angeles, California, and raised there for most of his life. Growing up, Harley was always interested in giving back to those less fortunate than him. This eventually led him to create the Akshara Foundation, with the mission of providing educational opportunities to children living in poverty-stricken regions.

At its core, Akshara Foundation is focused on providing quality education to children who otherwise wouldn’t have it. It works with local and international organizations to build schools and libraries in impoverished areas, while also sponsoring extracurricular activities such as music classes and sports leagues. The organization also works on initiatives such as improving access to clean water and providing medical treatments for sick children.

In addition to running Akshara Foundation, Harley Green has worked with many other humanitarian organizations throughout his career. He has served as a board member for several charities over the years, including the World Food Program USA and Oxfam International. In 2017, he was presented with an award from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for his outstanding efforts in promoting education around the world.

Harley continues to work hard every day towards achieving his goal of giving every child access to quality education; something he believes can make a real difference in their lives. His dedication has inspired many people across the globe and made him one of today’s foremost philanthropists; someone whose actions are making a positive impact on society every single day.
